At Phoenix Sweets, we believe that cake pricing should reflect the artistry and design involved in each creation rather than just the weight. Our prices are determined by the specific design and size of the cake, including its diameter, rather than a per-pound basis.
While selling cakes by weight is a traditional practice, our handmade cakes require considerable skill, time, and attention to detail, all of which contribute to the final price. Our cakes are more substantial than the lighter sponge cakes typically offered by chain stores. For instance, a 6" cake can weigh between 3 to 5 pounds.
To ensure you stay within your budget and get what you expect, we recommend to refer to our cake design and size instead of estimating based on weight alone.
Our cake (except Basque Burnt Cheesecake) is best to be consumed at around 20 degrees Celsius. The cake can be stored in indoor air-conditioned room overnight. For best results when consumed on the same day, please store the cake at room temperature. Please also keep the cake out of direct sunlight and moisture.
Please arrange to pick up the sweets at our studio in Lai Chi Kok (Our Tai Kwun Store in Central has been permanently closed since Nov 2024).

To ensure availability, orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly advise placing your order 1-2 weeks in advance.
