This is an extra tall version of 6" or 8" fondant cake

• For 6", it weight around 5-6 lbs.  The cake can be divided to 8 big slices or 30 party portions (around 1" x 1" x 2").
• For 8", it weight around 10-12 lbs.  The cake can be divided to 10-12 big slices or 40-45 party portions (around 1" x 1" x 2").

As there is chocolate ganache and fondant layer, fondant cakes are heavier than butter cream cakes.
