Please note that we are offering Butter Cream Cake and Fondant Cake. For Fondant Cakes, as there are chocolate ganache and fondant layer, they are heavier than Butter Cream cakes although with the same diameter.
Cake Serving Measurements
Most of our cakes are Mini Size (i.e. 4"), 6" and 8" in diameter. Some of the slim designs are with smaller diameter and extra height, which we offer 5" and 7" diameter.
Here is a general guide on the service size:

如有需要，英文名及祝福語句可以加上一塊小糖牌，讓你放在蛋糕上，總共不超過20個英文字母。
內裏的蛋糕口味可以選:
- 伯爵茶，玫瑰牛油忌廉夾心 / Earl Grey (layered with rose butter cream)
- 雲尼拿，雜莓牛油忌廉夾心 / Vanilla (layered with mixed berries butter cream)
- 蜂蜜柚子，熱情果牛油忌廉夾心 / Honey Yuzu (layered with passion fruit butter cream)
- 朱古力，朱古力牛油忌廉夾心 / Chocolate (layered with chocolate butter cream)
- 性別揭曉/雲尼拿，熱情果牛油忌廉夾心 / Vanilla (layered with passion fruit butter cream)
如果你希望我們製作性別揭曉(Gender Reveal) 蛋糕，我們會按照小寶寶的性別，用食用色素製作淺粉藍或粉紅的雲尼拿口味蛋糕。
你亦可以加$200選購色彩縯紛的彩虹雲尼拿(Rainbow Vanilla)口味。
這個款式的蛋糕，可以選擇5"或7"直徑 :
- 5"直徑約重4-5磅，預算可以分8件大份或20件較小的派對份量(每件約1"x1"x2")
- 7"直徑約重8-10磅，預算可以分10-12件大份或35-40件較小的派對份量(每件約1"x1"x2")
翻糖蛋糕會在蛋糕層外作朱古力塗層，再包上翻糖，所以較牛油忌廉蛋糕重。
因為顏色都是手調，每次都不盡相同，所以製成品有機會跟網上商店的參考圖有輕微差別。留意網上商店的圖片只作參考用。
手作蛋糕製作需時，名額有限，先到先得。建議你提前最少1-2星期前訂購。

Please arrange to pick up the sweets at our studio in Lai Chi Kok or Tai Kwun Store in Central.
The default pick up time is as follow:

Please let us know asap if you need any special arrangement. Please note that we no longer operate the store in PMQ.
- We can provide quotation for delivery service according to order content, location and time. The starting service charge is $180. Please note that you will have to pick up at the van. If you need the driver to park the van and deliver the cake to door, the driver will need to charge $150 extra (hence starts from $330).
- The online store will calculate the delivery charge based on your order. You will find the corresponding delivery options with charge when you check out.

To ensure availability, orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly advise placing your order 1-2 weeks in advance.
You can verify our availability by selecting the items you want and checking the date-picker on the Cart page to see if your preferred date is still open.
For urgent order (i.e. within 5 days), please contact our store at 3686 0915 during 12nn to 7pm.
