**Storage & Temperature**
- Optimal Enjoyment: The cake is best enjoyed at Room Temperature (around 20°C). If consumed below 15°C, the texture of the butter cream will be severely affected, becoming firm and less enjoyable.
- Same-Day Consumption: If you plan to serve the cake on the day of collection, you may simply store it in a cool, indoor, air-conditioned room (approx. 20°C).
- Overnight Storage: For maximum safety, you may store the cake in the refrigerator. Keep the cake level at all times.
- Avoid: Keep the cake away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not in the fridge.
**The Essential 'Warm-Up' Tip**
If your cake has been refrigerated (including overnight), this step is crucial for achieving the perfect flavour and moist texture:
- Warm-Up Period: Before serving, you must take the cake out of the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours to bring it to room temperature.
- Keep it Boxed: We strongly recommend allowing the cake to warm up inside its original box to protect it from moisture condensation.

- We can provide quotation for delivery service according to order content, location and time. The starting service charge is $180. Please note that you will have to pick up at the van. If you need the driver to park the van and deliver the cake to door, the driver will need to charge $150 extra (hence starts from $330).
- The online store will calculate the delivery charge based on your order. You will find the corresponding delivery options with charge when you check out.
