Fondant Cake - Barrel of Sweetness

The Barrel of Sweetness is our exquisitely crafted wine barrel-shaped cake, designed for those who appreciate both fine spirits and fine cake. Whether it’s a wine tasting party in Hong Kong, a milestone whisky birthday cake, or an unforgettable anniversary, this creation blends elegance, flavour, and fun in every slice.

We can put the English name on the cake, it is included in the cake cost.  

• Earl Grey (layered with rose butter cream and rose petals)
• Vanilla (layered with mixed berries butter cream and mixed berries jam)
• Lemon (layered with passion fruit butter cream and lemon curd)
• Chocolate (layered with chocolate butter cream)
• Rainbow Vanilla (colourful cake layers layered with passion fruit butter cream and lemon curd) (+$200)

This is a 6" or 8" fondant cake

• For 6", it weight around 5-6 lbs.  The cake can be divided to 8 big slices or 20 party portions (around 1" x 1" x 2").
• For 8", it weight around 10-12 lbs.  The cake can be divided to 10-12 big slices or 35-40 party portions (around 1" x 1" x 2").

As there is chocolate ganache and fondant layer, fondant cakes are heavier than butter cream cakes.

Please note that as the colour is hand mixed, it is very likely that the colour and look of the cake vary slightly from the reference photo.  The product photo in this online store is for reference only.
