TYPE OF PRODUCTION
This product stays in American oak barrels with a toasty background for 12 months and rests for another 12 months in the bottle before being released to the market.

TASTING NOTES

• Appearance: Bright cherry red with maroon hues. Clean, with upper-middle robe
• Aroma: Aromas of red and black berries with aging notes, vanilla, balsamic chocolate and a varietal background.

• Baby Girl (粉紅): 內裏雲尼拿蛋糕配雜莓牛油忌廉，表面是粉紅色士多啤梨牛油忌廉(Vanilla Cake layered with Mixed Berries Butter Cream, surface is Strawberry Butter Cream in Pink)
• 我們提供免費升級作性別揭曉蛋糕，內裏的雲尼拿蛋糕可以因應小寶寶性別將顏色調作粉藍或粉紅。

你亦可以加$200選購色彩繽紛的彩虹雲尼拿(Rainbow Vanilla)口味。

指定款式的牛油忌廉(Butter Cream)蛋糕，一般都可以選擇6"或8"直徑 :

• 6"直徑約重3磅，預算可以分8件大份或20件較小的派對份量(每件約1"x1"x2")
• 8"直徑約重4-5磅，預算可以分10-12件大份或35-40件較小的派對份量(每件約1"x1"x2")

因為顏色都是手調，每次都不盡相同，所以製成品有機會跟網上商店的參考圖有輕微差別。留意網上商店的圖片只作參考用。
